Iran- 3 prisoner moved for execution in west Tehran prison

Three prisoners were transferred to the Karaj Central Prison’s solitary on Tuesday, July 28th for execution the next day, but there is no report of their destiny so far. Prisoners on death row are usually moved out of their cells to the solitary cells a day before their execution in the mullahs’ regime government Iran. It is noteworthy that 10 prisoners had been brought to the gallows collectively on Monday, July 27th.

Also a 23-year old Baluch minority from the city of Iranshahr, southeastern Iran, was executed after already tolerance more than 4 years behind bars in ward 3 of Zahedan Central Prison on Tuesday .
Following the nuclear agreement Iran regime has felt the need to Intensify the rate of horrific executions across the country to remind the entire population there is no change in this suppression and crackdown and for no one to even think about anything changing.

Mogherini should not ignore human rights in Iran travel - European lawmaker

The EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Ms Federica Mogherini, is traveling to Tehran on Tuesday to open a new dialogue on "bilateral issues" with Iranian officials a fortnight after the nuclear deal between Iran and the world powers. Yet her travel puts in peril Europe's democratic values, Alejo Vidal-Quadras, former Vice-President of the European Parliament, wrote in a column for the United Press International on Tuesday:

It is an illusion to imagine that the nuclear agreement will lead to an improvement in the human rights situation in Iran. All the signs indicate that the agreement will embolden the mullahs to further abuse their citizens and to prevent an opening of the political atmosphere which could lead to a repeat of the upsurge of anti-government sentiments that took place in the 2009 uprisings.

Iran deal: Don't be fooled by Tehran’s calculated negotiating tactics

By Alireza Jafarzadeh

As the intense negotiations in Vienna inch closer to the new July 7th deadline, Tehran’s elusive tactics were put on display with Tehran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif releasing a Youtube video in which he claimed the regime had made enough compromises.  To his credit, however, Secretary of State John Kerry was not impressed, insisting that the Iranian regime had to make “hard choices” in the next couple of days, and “quickly,” otherwise, “we’ll be prepared to walk away.”
A recent report released by the opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), provides insights into how to read Tehran’s ongoing negotiating tactics, including the latest theatrics by Zarif.  The 28-page analysis, relying on public and classified sources within Iran, reviews Iran’s behavior during two periods of talks (2003-2004 and 2013-2015) and discerns the principles of Tehran’s approach and tactics during negotiations to reach its objectives.
